IAM Engineer

This is what you do:

As an IAM engineer, you design, implement and manage solutions to optimize user identities and their access rights within the organization. You will work at the intersection of system security, API development and business analysis to create tailor-made solutions that meet the specific needs of the organization. With your knowledge of networks, servers, integrations and infrastructure, you ensure robust and secure systems. You translate end-user needs into concrete technical solutions and play a crucial role in ensuring security and regulatory compliance, while bridging the gap between IT and business.

Your main tasks:

·      Designing and implementing technical solutions that optimize user management and access rights within the organization.

·      Develop and manage the IAM ecosystem to enable configuration, development and integration with other systems.

·      Coordinating changes in the IAM landscape, including testing new functionalities and updates.

·      Implement and manage the cloud infrastructure (Microsoft Azure) and cloud-specific security measures and best practices.

·      Manage network security, including configuring and monitoring firewalls of the IAM environment.

·      Analyzing the needs of the organization and users to translate them into technical solutions within the IAM domain.

Functie-eisen/ This is what you bring with you:

• A bachelor’s or Masters degree, preferably in computer science, Cybersec or Information management
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Obtained certificates like CISSP, CISM, or specific IAM certificates gives you a an advantage
• Knowledge and experience with IAM tooling, preferably SailPoint Atlas/Identity Security Cloud.
